Die Provinz Cabinda grenzt im Norden an die Republik Kongo, Im S\u00fcden an die Demokratische Republik Kongo sowie im Westen an den Atlantischen Ozean, geh\u00f6rt aber dennoch politisch zu Angola.<\/p>\n<p>Cabinda z\u00e4hlt zu eine von insgesamt sieben Exklaven auf dem afrikanischen Kontinent.<\/p>\n<p>Die Hauptstadt der Exklave ist die gleichnamige Stadt Cabinda. Als offizielle Amtssprache wird Portugiesisch gesprochen und als Zahlungsmittel wird dort der Angolanische Kwanza benutzt, dabei entspricht 1,- Euro etwa 650,- AOA.<\/p>\n<p>Der bedeutendste Wirtschaftszweig Cabindas ist die Erd\u00f6lf\u00f6rderung, die fast 75% des gesamten angolanischen Finanzhaushaltes ausmacht. Au\u00dferdem werden in der Exklave Kakao, Palm\u00f6l und Kaffee aus der Landwirtschaft sowie seltene Edelh\u00f6lzer exportiert.<\/p>\n<p>Zu den wenigen Sehensw\u00fcrdigkeiten Cabindas z\u00e4hlen die gro\u00dfe Kirche, die Papst-Johannes-Paul-II.-Statue, das katholische Zentrum mit der dazugeh\u00f6rigen Kathedrale, das gro\u00dfe Jesus-Kreuz, der Platz der Republik, der Zentralmarkt sowie diverse Sandstr\u00e4nde.<\/p>\n<p>Im August 2017 unternahm ich einen Tagesausflug in die Provinz Cabinda. Am fr\u00fchen Morgen startete ich in Luanda mit der angolanischen Fluggesellschaft TAAG, die einmal t\u00e4glich seine Exklave anfliegt.<\/p>\n<p>Nach der Ankunft am neuen Flughafen von Cabinda, organisierte ich mir relativ leicht ein Taxi, f\u00fcr eine mehrst\u00fcndige Rundfahrt. F\u00fcr umgerechnet nur 20,- US Dollar brachte mich der Fahrer zu allen wichtigen Sehensw\u00fcrdigkeiten der Provinz. Der eindeutige H\u00f6hepunkt meines Ausfluges, war der Besuch der gro\u00dfen Papst-Statue, neben der sch\u00f6nen Kathedrale.<\/p>\n<p>Ansonsten sp\u00fcrte ich die gro\u00dfe Armut in der Exklave sehr deutlich, allein h\u00e4tte ich mich dort bestimmt eher nicht fortbewegt.<\/p>\n<p>Schlie\u00dflich verbrachte ich in Cabinda dennoch einen sehr interessanten Tag, allerdings ist es als Urlaubsziel nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen.<\/p>\n<p>Gegen Nachmittag brachte mich der Fahrer wieder zum Flughafen und ich wartete auf meinen R\u00fcckflug nach Luanda.<\/p>\n\n<div
